Alex Westby, RMT
Alex believes that by integrating therapeutic exercise with hands-on massage techniques, he can ensure that his clients experience relief but also gain the tools necessary for taking steps towards prolonged wellness. His expertise include deep tissue massage and active rehab, using techniques such as trigger point release and active stretching to restore range of motion and address pain.

Miriam Lienert, RMT
Miriam is dedicated to fostering confidence in her patients' bodies and abilities. She empowers them to take an active role in their well-being, helping them embrace their innate potential for optimal health. She incorporates a variety of myofascial therapy techniques and corrective exercises into her treatments, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of her patients. This holistic approach supports healing, enhances functional movement, and encourages her patients to enjoy active, confident lives—whether on the trails, paddleboarding, or simply moving with ease in their daily routines.

Jenn MacLeod, RMT
Jenn's approach to massage comes from her athletic background and knowledge of sports. With movement being the focus, Jenn uses a variety of techniques in her treatments such as trigger point release, active and passive stretching, and has training in Graston M1 techniques. Jenn has also found a growing passion for working in women's healthcare. A treatment focused on movement, confidence and enthusiasm. She has continued her education working with pre and post natal patients including cesarean scar work.

Aieisha Luyken, RMT
Aieisha grew up on the basketball court, where her love for health and wellness began. Today, she channels that same passion into helping people move better, feel better, and stay active in their daily lives.
She supports both athletes and non-athletes with injury prevention, recovery, and day-to-day tension, working with conditions like strains, sprains, and facet-related discomfort. Her treatments blend myofascial techniques, joint mobilizations, and her developing interest in craniosacral therapy to create a balanced, supportive approach to care.

Kayla Masztalar, RMT
Kayla enjoys hiking and connecting with nature and family, which inspires her holistic approach to wellness. She strives to create a comforting environment for her patients, using a variety of techniques unique to their needs. Kayla is Graston M1 certified and loves utilizing this technique in her treatments to support healing and recovery. Her commitment to personalized care and ongoing education makes her a valuable partner in every patient’s journey toward better health.

Zsolt Joo, RMT
Zsolt's expertise includes deep tissue massage and rehabilitation of a variety of injuries, using techniques such as trigger point release and stretching to restore range of motion and address pain. His interest in this line of work began during his time as a gymnast, where he experienced firsthand the benefits of manual therapy for recovery and performance. He is dedicated to ensuring all of his patients get the most out of their appointment and is thorough in his assessment and treatment. Zsolt is also an extreme outdoor enthusiast, taking any opportunity to take his jeep to remote camping spots or scenic cliff jumping locations.

Sean Perrett, RMT
Sean creates personalized treatment plans that are goal-focused and collaborative, keeping clients involved every step of the way. Coming from a trades background, Sean knows first hand the physical demands many people face on the job. That experience motivated him to make better choices for his own body and health—and now he helps others do the same. His approach combines deep tissue massage, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, therapeutic exercise, and stretching. Whether you're looking to enhance athletic performance, manage pain, or support rehabilitation, he's committed to helping you feel your best.

Leslie schmok, RMT
Leslie has a strong background in bodybuilding and yoga, giving her a unique perspective on how strength, mobility, and mindful movement work together. As an RMT, she brings a grounded, supportive approach to her treatments, focusing on restoring balance, easing tension, and helping patients move with more confidence. She blends techniques like trigger-point release, pin-and-stretch, and myofascial work, and pairs each session with simple exercises to help patients stay connected to their bodies between visits.

Student Massage
Experience the benefits of massage from a highly trained student in the final stages of their education, or preparing to write their registration exams to become a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). Our Student Massages are a cost-effective option for anyone without extended health coverage or for those who have used up their extended massage benefits. While direct billing and insurance claims aren’t available, you’ll enjoy high-quality, therapeutic care at a reduced rate.

Vanessa Ostos, Student Massage
Vanessa’s background in volleyball, basketball, and track led her to discover a love for movement and physical wellness. She is now in her final term of schooling and will become a registered massage therapist in early 2026. Vanessa takes pride in creating a comfortable, supportive environment where clients can find relief and improved mobility. Her treatments often include myofascial release, stretching, and Swedish massage, tailored to each person’s needs.
